Midland WR120 Weather Radio with NOAA, NWS alerts

$47.79

The Midland WR120 is a weather radio that listens to the National Weather Service broadcast around the clock and sounds an alert when a warning is issued for your area. You can set it to respond only to the counties you choose (up to 25) and pick a voice, siren, or tone alert. It covers severe weather like tornadoes, hurricanes, and floods, plus civil emergencies such as Amber alerts and chemical spills. On its own it makes a loud sound only, so someone who can't hear a siren will need extra accessories added to build a fuller alerting system. Connecting more than one accessory takes a separate dual connector/splitter.
