The Servox Digital XL is a handheld electrolarynx. You hold it against the neck, or use a mouth tube adapter, and it makes a buzzing tone that you shape into speech with your mouth. It runs on AAA batteries, rechargeable NiMH ones are included, and a belt pouch with room for a spare set is part of the kit. Two screw caps let you adjust the sound, and several mouth tube adapters are included.
