The ADDvox7 Waistband Amplifier
$141.15
The ADDvox7 is a wearable voice amplifier that makes a quiet voice louder, adding up to 15dB with no feedback squeal. You clip the amplifier at your waist and speak into a headset or lapel microphone, and the 7-watt speaker projects your voice in places like restaurants or crowded gatherings. It's meant for people with a weak or impaired voice, including those who use an electronic speech aid, a voice prosthesis, or esophageal speech. Teachers, tour guides, and fitness instructors use it too. The built-in rechargeable battery runs up to 14 hours, and the kit comes with both microphones, a carry case, and batteries with a charger. It makes your own voice louder, so it won't help someone who can't produce voice at all.
